To lessen your work and ensure a superb evening for all, our Director of Special Events will assist in handling every aspect of event planning. With that in mind, The Reading Terminal Market has policies and procedures that must be considered when arranging an event.
The Market is open to the public until 6 PM Monday through Saturday and until 5 PM on Sundays. Events can be scheduled after 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Sundays after 6p.m.
The fee for renting the Market for 1,000 guests or less is $2,000, and the fee for renting the Market for more than 1,000 guests is $2,500, and includes maintenance and security.

Should the number of expected guests change, making the designated space inappropriate, the Market reserves the right to reassign the space accordingly, to assure the quality and comfort of the event.
